…. it’s green season in Shetland!

Cod season is in full swing in the deep, clear, cold waters around the Shetland Island at the moment. The fish is firm, clean and with good shelf life. Sizes are for head-on, gutted fish are mainly 6kg+, 4-6kg and 2-4kg and we’re shipping all over the UK and Europe in reusable plastic boxes.
