Lango Loco!

Scottish langoustine

Scottish langoustine (Nephrops norvegicus) are harvested along the Scottish coastline and are among the most sought-after seafood products, prized for their sweet, delicate flavour. Fresh market langoustines are caught year-round, typically after one day at sea, though occasionally after two.

Once landed, they are swiftly transported to the factory, where they are graded, packed into 3kg boxes, and iced to maintain freshness. While available throughout the year, supply peaks from February to April and is lower between August and October.
