Expanded Capacity for Smoked Salmon

Chapel & Swan Smokehouse has been curing and smoking salmon, along with other artisan specialties, since 2004. Previously operating River Farm Smokery in Bottisham for a decade, the team established their own smokehouse in Exning, Suffolk, in 2014. 

The village now houses two brick-kiln smokehouses at the junction of Chapel Street and Swan Lane, managed by a dedicated team of twelve specialists. One facility is exclusively used for cold-smoking salmon, while the other is designated for hot-smoked specialties, where products are simultaneously cooked and smoked.
