2-3kg Rainbow Trout

This product is supplied direct from the farm, Glen Oak Fisheries, in Northern Ireland. The company was established as a family aquaculture business over forty years ago, on the site of the Glenoak Mills in Crumlin, Co. Antrim.

The operation is vertically integrated and retains its own brood stock, controlling as many of the factors as possible relating to the health and welfare of the trout. Farmed in a Disease Free Zone, the trout are not treated with any prophylactics, and test as ‘low risk’.  Glen Oak’s facilities are licensed by for both water quality and fish health, and  the site is certified to UK, EU standards.
