Squid Games!

At this time of year we start to see some high quality Squid arriving into the waters around Scotland.  Showing first in smaller sizes but growing quickly over the course of the season.

The Squid is caught by inshore vessels and landed within a few hours with a high percentage of the skin still intact, making it ideally suited to markets in Italy and Spain. 

Our suppliers in Scotland pack this in 3kg poly boxes with ice, for daily export to Europe.
