Our Rainbow trout is reared in a disease-free zone, on a farm that is vertically integrated and retains its own brood stock, so that we can control as many of the factors as possible relating to the health and welfare of the fish.  

No prophylactic treatments are used in these aquaculture operations, which helps the trout achieve a ‘low risk’ rating in food testing results.

The facilities are recognized by the UK  government for both water quality and fish health, in addition to which we hold Certification to UK, EU and international standards.

These licences permit our combined sites to produce in excess of 1500 tonnes of trout and we have 100mt of 2-3kg fish available for immediate harvest. It’s a great resource – top quality, high volume and attractively-priced. #trout#rainbowtrout
